A small scale business which
was started by Mrs Samakshi Bhatia as a hobby has now grown into one of the
most creative and innovative companies in the lifestyle gifting and home décor
industry of India. She has done Bachelors degree in fashion merchandise and
production management from Pearl Academy of Fashion, New Delhi.
She started working in the
gifting industry since 2009 which started as a hobby with a small wedding order
wherein she created a customized photo frame box for chocolates to go with a
wedding card. This was appreciated by everyone who received the cards and more
and more people started contacting her since then. She also started making some
customized boxes for jewelers. Like this her interest in the business grew, and
she started to outsource home décor items and doing various exhibitions like Pan
India exhibitions, Great India Bazaar, Fashion Ista, Lifestyle etc in India. Soon after 6 months with the encouraging
response she created her own brand Artistique and set up her own infrastructure
and started her own designing.
The company believes that with the
experience gained over the years we now have plans to aggressively promote the
Artistique brand both on online platforms and through retail tie ups with major
retailers across India.
